Prices

The prices shown on each service page, or the amount confirmed in your quote, including consumption tax. Driving is charged by the hour and the total is confirmed in the quote.

Costs other than the price

For driving, fuel, tolls and parking are paid at cost. For training outside Tokyo, travel and accommodation are quoted separately. Bank transfer fees are paid by the client.

Payment methods and timing

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express): through the payment link we send you (hiredriverjapan.com/p/…), before the service.
• Bank transfer: companies may pay by monthly invoice, due at the end of the following month. Training is paid at least seven days before the first day.

When the service is provided

Driving on the date and time confirmed in the booking. Training on the dates confirmed at registration. Certificates and attestations are issued within seven days of completion (certificates after passing the exams).

Cancellation

• Driving: free up to 48 hours before the service; 50% within 48 hours; 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show.
• Training: free up to seven days before the first day; 50% within seven days; 100% within 48 hours. One change of dates is free.
• If we cannot provide the service for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or disaster, we offer another date or a full refund.

Returns

Because of the nature of the service, no returns or refunds are possible after the service has been provided. If a service we provided was defective through our fault, we handle it case by case.
